As a hospitality industry veteran, travel has and continues to be Rachel’s driving purpose.  Rachel has 25+ years of experience with a master’s degree in Hospitality Management, a background in Global Corporate Account Sales & Management and owns a leisure travel agency. Rachel has extensive expertise in sales, operations and customer service.  The one constant is her relationship with her clients and her goal to ensure they have an exceptional experience.  As a Tennessee resident and a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, during football season you will find Rachel cheering on the volunteers.  In her spare time, Rachel enjoys travel. She recently vacationed in Greece and is now focusing on visiting some of her bucket list locations like Australia, New Zealand and Paris.

As a travel agent with over 20 years of industry experience, Terri is dedicated to going the extra mile for her clients. The relationships Terri has developed over the years allows her to work with any client on any budget. Terri spends extensive time pre-qualifying clients to find out more about their needs in effort to exceed them. With extensive expertise in segments such leisure and group travel, the direct connection with people, delivering what they want and exceeding their expectation from start to finish is her favorite part of the job. Terri is a Florida native who is married with 1 daughter and 1 miniature Schnauzer. In her spare time, you can find Terri traveling with her family, indulging in cultural experiences or foods from around the world.

Amy has worked for several Hilton and Marriott branded products but has spent a good portion of her career in finance. With an educational background in Hospitality and Human Resources along with 20+ years of experience, Amy is passionate about helping people and enjoys going the extra mile for clients. In her spare time, Amy enjoys learning Arabic to converse with friends from Algeria and Egypt. She is also a lover of travel with Jamaica being one of her favorite destinations. Amy is looking forward to crossing off an item on her bucket list by visiting the pyramids of Egypt in 2022.

Jennifer brings 20+ years of travel experience to the Hospitality Travel Network team.  Her career began in sports marketing representing sponsors and teams through on-site customer hospitality and public relations management. After years of traveling the NASCAR circuit working at tracks across the US, she opened a niche travel agency booking group blocks for NASCAR teams and sponsors. It is Jennifer’s attention to detail, and strong hospitality skills that make her a true asset to the HTN team. Jennifer is a Virginia native and graduate of Virginia Tech where she was a member of the first Women’s Varsity Softball team. She currently resides at the beach in North Carolina with her family. As a true travel enthusiast, one of her favorite travel experiences occurred recently when she and her family explored their roots in England, Scotland, and Wales.
